SMS Terms And Conditions
These SMS Terms and Conditions explain how text-message communications from Collins Dentistry & Aesthetics work, including consent, message types, frequency, charges, privacy, opting out, and requesting assistance.
Text Messaging Is An Optional Convenience
Collins Dentistry & Aesthetics may use SMS text messaging to communicate with patients, prospective patients, parents, guardians, authorized representatives, and other individuals who provide a mobile telephone number and the appropriate consent.
Optional
Consent to receive marketing SMS messages is not required as a condition of receiving dental care or purchasing services.
Variable Frequency
The number of messages depends on appointments, requests, conversations, office updates, and selected preferences.
Easy Opt-Out
Reply STOP to discontinue future SMS messages from the applicable messaging program.
Privacy Focused
SMS opt-in information and consent are not sold or shared with unrelated third parties for their own marketing.
Do not use SMS, email, or a website form for a life-threatening emergency. Call 911 for emergency assistance. For an urgent dental concern, contact the appropriate office directly.
How You Agree To Receive Messages
By opting in to an SMS program, you authorize Collins Dentistry & Aesthetics and its service providers to send text messages to the mobile telephone number you provided.
Methods Of Consent
Consent may be provided through a website form, appointment form, written form, digital form, patient-registration process, text-message interaction, or another clear opt-in method presented by Collins Dentistry & Aesthetics.
Your consent applies only to the mobile number and messaging program identified during the applicable opt-in process.
Authorized Telephone User
By providing a mobile number, you represent that you are the subscriber, customary user, or an individual otherwise authorized to provide consent for that telephone number.
If you provide a mobile number in connection with a minor patient, you represent that you are the patient’s parent, guardian, or another legally authorized representative.
Automated Technology
Messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system, automated messaging platform, prerecorded technology, or other automated communication technology where permitted.
Consent to receive marketing messages through automated technology is not a condition of purchasing services or receiving treatment.
Withdrawing Consent
You may withdraw SMS consent at any time by replying STOP to a message or by contacting Collins Dentistry & Aesthetics through another reasonable method.
After an opt-out request is processed, you may receive one final confirmation message stating that you have been unsubscribed. No additional messages will be sent through that program unless you provide new consent or initiate a new conversation that reasonably requires a reply.
